While signing up, you can also select to receive E-Notify updates whenever new listings come on the market that meet your criteria or the price changes for your listings. Anytime a listing becomes available that meets your criteria, you will have an e-mail waiting in your mailbox with a link to photos, and details. Please allow up to 12 hours to receive your initial E-Notify.
