is 35 miles south of Wilmington, NC, and 45 miles north of Myrtle Beach,
SC. From points north, south and west, Interstate 40 and Highway 74/76
link the region directly with Interstate 95. The direct routes to Holden
Beach are via US 17/NC 130 in Shallotte, NC and the Hwy 17 Holden Beach
Exit in Supply, NC. USE THE BELOW FORM TO GET DETAILED DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Virginia and other states
north of NC - Take I-95 South to I-40 East (towards Wilmington,
NC) then take exit #416 (Highway 17).
Follow the signs directing you towards Hwy 17 South. Take Hwy 17 South
through Supply, NC. Just after passing the stoplight in Supply, NC (Note
Exxon on Right), look for the Holden Beach Exit on your left. Turn Left
and travel directly to Holden Beach.
From South Carolina and states south of NC
- Take I-95 North to Hwy 74 East (towards Wilmington, NC) then exit on
Hwy 17 South. Take Hwy 17 South through Supply, NC. Just after passing
the stoplight in Supply, NC (Note Exxon on Right), look for the Holden
Beach Exit on your left. Turn Left and travel directly to Holden Beach.
From Charlotte, NC and states west of NC -
take Hwy 74 East (towards Wilmington, NC) and exit on Hwy 17 South. Take
Hwy 17 South through Supply, NC. Just after passing the stoplight in Supply,
NC (Note Exxon on Right), look for the Holden Beach Exit on your left.
Turn Left and travel directly to Holden Beach.
From Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro, NC
- take I-40 East towards Wilmington, NC and take exit #416 (Highway 17). Follow the signs directing you towards
Hwy 17 South. Take Hwy 17 South through Supply, NC. Just after passing
the stoplight in Supply, NC (Note Exxon on Right), look for the Holden
Beach Exit on your left. Turn Left and travel directly to Holden Beach.
